Responsibilities Operate pressing machines and equipment to expertly press shirts, ensuring crisp, wrinkle-free results. Inspect garments for stains, damages, or irregularities and communicate with team members or supervisors as needed. Handle laundry and dry cleaning processes, including sorting, folding, and finishing garments with care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and pressing areas to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests or concerns professionally and courteously. Accurately process transactions involving cash handling or cashiering duties when required. Follow safety protocols and quality standards consistently to deliver top-tier garment care. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel laundry, dry cleaning, or hospitality settings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of laundry processes, cleaning techniques, and garment handling. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, pressing machines, and safety procedures is a plus.
