Job Description

About the Position Höganäs in North America is seeking a Communications & Administrative Coordinator to work at our Hollsopple, PA plant. This position works under the direction of Manager, Administrative Services to provide global and local communications and marketing support and ensure administrative functions are effectively completed and regularly maintained. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supports global and local communication and marketing, including special projects as needed. Seeks, writes, edits, films, and publishes information for the intranet, local communication channel(s), and social media. Maintains internal communication sources, including intranet. Assists with various design, layout, and visualization projects for company related material Performs various administrative duties to include but not limited to: greet visitors and directs incoming phone calls, mail processing, coordinates lunch program, caterings, office supplies, pool vehicles and company uniforms. Provides support to organize trainings, visits, and company events. Trains employees on intranet and visitor management system. Co-leads Höganäs Community initiative. Maintains a safe working environment for themselves and others. Actively exhibits leadership capabilities in all aspects of their work. Qualified candidates will possess an Associates degree and a minimum of five years related experience. Must be creative, organized, and able to multi-task. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and SharePoint. Demonstrated experience in content writing coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
