  • Position Summary
  • The therapist will be on the OT Share team, collaborating with community organizations to work individually and in groups with clients to support their community engagement and behavioral health needs.
The therapist will also supervise fieldwork students and work with other CCP staff and community partners to develop new programs and/or evaluate existing programs. They will plan, implement, document, and bill for services as appropriate.

  • $40 - $50 per hour
  • Essential Job Duties
  • + Develop and implement novel programs and services in partnership with community organizations. + Provide client-centered supports for individuals with mental and behavioral health needs. + Supervise OT fieldwork students. + Document protocols and outcomes and invoice for services. + Other related duties.
  • Conditions of Employment
  • Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires)

  • The therapist will routinely be the clinical instructor for two OT fieldwork students.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Licensed to practice OT in Colorado with at least three years in practice. + Prior work experience in community engagement and/or mental and behavioral health. + Experience supervising OT fieldwork students.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Experience providing disability supports in higher education, the workplace, and/or community living settings. + Experience collaborating with campus partners and community agencies in providing supported education, employment, and/or independent living services. + Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating disability support services. + Experience obtaining grant funding.
