Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Contract Bring your expertise to a vibrant educational community, supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites in the Fort Collins area. This contract opportunity runs from August 6, 2026, through May 26, 2027, and offers a full-time, onsite schedule of 37.5 hours per week. As a School Psychologist, you'll collaborate with educators, families, and administrators to ensure students receive the comprehensive psychological support they need for academic and personal success.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Colorado School Psychologist license, with CDE credentials in hand Experience working in K-12 educational settings Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills with students of diverse needs Effective communication and teamwork abilities Commitment to ethical standards and student confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological and academic evaluations for students referred for assessment Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with staff and families Provide direct counseling and crisis support as needed Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEPs and 504 plans Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with school and district policies Benefits include a collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive school network dedicated to student well-being.
