Material Handler

In this role, a typical day will look like: + Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and inventory. + Pick, stage, package, and move materials to support manufacturing and shipping operations. + Maintain accurate inventory transactions within ERP or warehouse management systems. + Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. + Support shipping and receiving activities including loading and unloading trucks. + Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored according to company standards. + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives. + Partner closely with manufacturing, quality, planning, and logistics teams to support production flow and customer delivery requirements. + Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. + Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives within the warehouse and production areas. The essential requirements of the job include: + High school diploma or GED required. + 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or material handling environment preferred. + Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment preferred. + Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly. + Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred. + Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. + Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. + Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments. + International shipping or logistics processes. + Cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The compensation range for this role is $20 - $23 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
