Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Community Outreach and Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for driving community engagement and increasing enrollment through relationship-building, event coordination, and local marketing efforts. This role connects The Learning Experience with families, businesses, and organizations throughout the community to promote awareness and showcase the school's mission: making early education joyful and meaningful.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to increase visibility and referrals. Plan, organize, and participate in local events, fairs, and community activities to represent The Learning Experience brand. Coordinate and host in-school events such as open houses, family nights, and seasonal celebrations. Collaborate with the Center Director to implement marketing campaigns and enrollment promotions. Track and report leads generated from outreach events and follow up with potential families. Create engaging content (photos, videos, short posts) from events to support social media marketing. Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and branded items throughout the community. Maintain a calendar of outreach opportunities and ensure TLE presence at key community events. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective families, including assisting with tours and inquiries when needed.

Schedule Expectations:

This position requires flexibility based on the needs of the school and community events. While standard hours will generally fall during the weekday, some evenings and occasional weekends are required for events, open houses, networking opportunities, and family engagement activities. On weeks where no formal events are scheduled, the expectation is that the coordinator will proactively create outreach opportunities, visit community partners, and continue generating leads and visibility for the school.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in marketing, community outreach, or early childhood education preferred. Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable engaging with the public, representing the school in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple events and projects. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends for events.
