Community Therapist Join Our Mission to Empower and Transform Lives As the Community Therapist you would be responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy. The Family Intervention Treatment Team Therapist (FITT) participates in interdisciplinary treatment team to meet the needs of Family FITT clients/families. FITT is an intensive, 90-day in-home program for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g. hospitalization, residential, detention). - A desire to help others become the best they can be in serving our clients while managing a healthy work/life balance.
- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Master's degree in the following areas: mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, art therapy or a behavioral health field eligible for license or individual's fully licensed
- Must hold one of the following licenses: CSW, LPCA, MFT-Associate, LPATA, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LPAT.
- Valid Driver's License
