Duties Provide personalized care to residents or clients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately Assist with medication administration following proper protocols and maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals aligned with individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption as needed Support residents with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe transfer procedures Maintain cleanliness of living spaces by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation Follow care plans meticulously to deliver consistent, high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs Experience Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Hands-on experience with patient observation, dementia care (including Alzheimer's and memory care), and hospice or palliative care is advantageous Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism enhances your ability to provide specialized support Certification in CPR, First Aid, and basic nursing skills is desirable; ongoing training in HIPAA compliance is essential Experience operating medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts or monitoring vital signs demonstrates your readiness for this role Familiarity with creating and following care plans while maintaining detailed documentation ensures quality service delivery Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively supports the physical demands of caregiving roles Join us today to become part of a compassionate team committed to enriching lives through dedicated caregiving. $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
