This vital role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals of all ages requiring support with daily activities, health monitoring, and emotional well-being. Providing home & community care, our caregivers are the heart of compassionate, personalized care. Duties Assist residents and clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance Monitor patient vital signs and observe changes in health status to ensure safety and well-being Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption when necessary Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, observations, and medication administration Engage in patient monitoring through attentive observation, ensuring safety during activities and transitions Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning personal spaces and common areas to promote a healthy environment Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures to ensure immediate action when needed Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or memory-related conditions. Familiarity with patient observation techniques and vital signs monitoring for effective patient care management Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality at all times Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, families, and healthcare teams effectively Ability to follow detailed care plans Experience in social work or related fields is a plus for providing holistic support beyond basic caregiving responsibilities Join us today to become part of a dedicated team committed to enriching lives through compassionate caregiving.
