Must be willing to provide personal care to clients Must be willing to complete a 75 hour online HCA course within 120 days of hire and pass the state exam within 200 days or have a current HCA or NAC credential. Paid by agency Reliable transportation, valid Washington driver's license, insurance in your name, and meet our liability standards At least 18 years of age Able to pass a nationwide criminal background check, fingerprint check, and other pre-employment checks Must be professional and passionate about working with our community's seniors.
