Duties Operate the concession window with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as

SQUARE POS.

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining food safety and sanitation protocols. Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and providing correct change. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales by suggesting popular or complementary products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession area, including food prep stations, counters, and equipment. Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and managing food inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS will be advantageous. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to communicate clearly with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and quick calculations during busy periods. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in culinary arts or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members. Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety practices ensures a safe environment for both staff and guests.
