We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a background in hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Operates telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages Greets visitors entering establishment and directs or escorts them to specific destinations Performs word processing duties as assigned May assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchair Reports any issues or problems that may arise to the Executive Director Complies with state, federal, and all other applicable health care and safety standards Assists families and other visitors as needed Attends in-services and other required meetings May need to assist Business Office Manager with administrative duties as needed Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Experience:

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality industry is preferred
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Knowledge of front desk operations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
