Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes region of New York State, our property, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, delivers a scenic escape designed for relaxation and play. With thoughtfully curated amenities, we provide modern and memorable culinary, leisure, and wellness experiences. Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Concierge to join our team. The Concierge serves as the resort's ambassador of hospitality, welcoming guests with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention. This role is essential in creating memorable experiences by providing expert local insight, arranging services, and consistently delivering five-star service.
Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet guests and proactively anticipate their needs with a polished, friendly demeanor.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance on resort amenities, local attractions, dining, entertainment, and transportation options.
  • Arrange restaurant reservations, spa appointments, tours, transportation, and fulfill special guest requests.
  • Maintain extensive, up-to-date knowledge of the local area, events, and exclusive experiences.
  • Collaborate with resort departments to ensure seamless and exceptional guest service.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests.
  • Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and group stay coordination.
  • Uphold the resort's standards of excellence, including presentation, discretion, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Previous concierge or front office experience in a luxury hotel or resort required.
  • Strong local knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
