You'll be: Packaging cuffs from the production line and preparing component parts or assemblies for shipment according to instructions Labeling, stacking, and adjusting boxes on pallets for shipping or storage Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies or quality issues Escalating any quality concerns with parts, materials, or non-conformities Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements, including documenting all activities Participating in required training and continuous improvement programs Keeping your workspace clean and organized while adhering to safety and EHS standards This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or GED (required) Are able to read and understand instructions and perform visual inspections Thrive in a team environment and communicate well Are adaptable with strong problem-solving skills Can stand, walk, and lift up to 55 lbs during your shift Have manual dexterity for repetitive motions and the visual acuity/color vision necessary for quality checks Possess good hearing for verbal instructions and safety alerts Are comfortable wearing PPE and complying with all safety regulations What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
