What's a typical day as a Warehouse Associate? You'll be: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing and storing products in designated areas, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling. Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (with training provided). Following safety protocols, keeping work areas clean, and adhering to 6S standards. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and maintain efficient workflow. Assisting in training new employees and participating in continuous improvement efforts. Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Bring previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred, but not required). Are willing to undergo on-the-job training and eager to learn new skills. Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety. Can read and interpret technical documents and inventory records. Have good communication skills and basic computer proficiency. Are comfortable with physical work and operating warehouse equipment (training provided).
