Garfield Heights, Ohio ? Full-Time We are actively hiring a dependable and hardworking Concrete Finisher to join our team. This is currently one of our most important roles, as we are looking for someone who can help efficiently complete and maintain high-quality architectural concrete products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Wash and clean architectural concrete products Patch and repair concrete surfaces to meet quality standards Inspect finished products for defects and consistency Maintain an efficient workflow while meeting production goals Use hand tools and finishing materials safely and effectively Keep work area clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous concrete, construction, masonry, or finishing experience preferred Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a production environment Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team
