Concrete Finishers

We are actively seeking experienced Concrete Finishers for Delhi, LA to support a large‑scale, high‑production construction project. Concrete Finishers in this role will be responsible for all aspects of concrete placement and finishing, from form preparation through final surface treatment and curing. Hourly Pay:

$23-$27 per hour (DOE) Schedule- 6 days 10/12 hrs. per day

Per Diem:

$50 per day

Meals:

3 meals per day (2 hot meals + 1 to‑go lunch)

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join a high‑production construction project. The ideal candidate will be skilled in placing, finishing, and curing concrete surfaces to meet quality, safety, and project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, physical endurance, and the ability to work efficiently in a team‑oriented environment. Candidates will be working extended schedules with strong earning potential, per diem, meals, and lodging provided.

Skill Desired:

Desired Skills & Qualifications Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials Experience with commercial, industrial, or heavy civil concrete work Proficiency with hand tools and power finishing equipment Ability to accurately judge surface levels and finishes Understanding of concrete curing times and environmental impacts Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work long shifts and maintain productivity Team‑oriented with good communication skills Job Requirements Previous experience as a concrete finisher (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Willingness to work 6 days per week, 10‑hour shifts Ability to work in varying weather conditions Valid government-issued ID Must follow all safety policies and wear required PPE Reliable transportation to reporting location (lodging provided once on site) This Project is located in
