Diner Manager

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Daily paperwork and computer entries Diner profitability Inventory levels, inventory shrinkage Oversight of cash shortages Completes and posts the staff work schedules. Recruits, rewards, and terminates staff as needed. Trains on food preparation techniques and ensures consistency Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff. Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policy are followed. Minimum 3 years' Management Experience in Food Service Industry. Experience with Budgets and P&Ls preferred. Solid Communication Skills, verbal as well as written and solid skills in Excel and Outlook required. Food Safety Certificate Required Must have a valid US State Driver's License and be able to pass a Criminal Background Check.
