Concrete Foreman (5 years min exp req)

Join one of the leading construction companies in Northern Utah! We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman for a project-specific assignment located at 1240 Bitterroot Drive, McCall, ID 83638. This position will support a concrete project scheduled from May 18, 2026 through August 31, 2027. Work will be performed exclusively at the McCall project location. The ideal candidate will have experience in layout and all phases of concrete construction and be capable of leading and coordinating a concrete crew in a safe and productive manner.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise concrete crews on daily operations Perform and oversee layout and all phases of concrete work Operate and properly maintain equipment, ensuring equipment remains clean and in good working condition Develop a thorough understanding of the project plans, specifications, and schedule Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout all phases of work Enforce company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage and jobsite hazard awareness Track and document daily activities, quantities, locations, and labor hours Communicate field issues and change orders to the Superintendent in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman required Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices and procedures Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity while meeting deadlines and budgets Self-motivated with a team-first, results-driven attitude Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to follow directions and proactively identify and complete needed tasks Thoroughness, efficiency, reliability, and punctuality are essential
