Concrete Foreman/General Foreman/Finisher/Laborer

## Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for construction and craftsmanship. ## Duties

• Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and finishing surfaces of poured concrete using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Set and align forms for various concrete structures.
• Operate concrete equipment as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine specifications and layouts.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately. ## Skills
• Proficiency in concrete forming and finishing techniques.
• Experience with concrete mixers, hand tools, and power tools.
• Knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in related fields such as asphalt, site work, utilities, carpentry, plastering, or concrete pumping is beneficial.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery is a plus.
• Must have valid drivers license.
