Concrete Laborer

About the Role WEB Construction specializes in concrete and we do most of it ourselves. We're a hands-on team that takes pride in our craft, and we're looking for motivated individuals ready to get to work. No experience? No problem. We'll train the right people. If you've got skills, even better. What You'll Be Doing Concrete pouring, forming, finishing, and related site work Working as part of a close-knit, skilled crew Assisting with all phases of concrete construction projects Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to perform physical, outdoor work Reliable, ready to show up Monday through Friday No special education required Prior concrete or construction experience is a plus, not a requirement
