Job Description

The Concrete Lead/Foreman will play a crucial role in managing construction projects by leading, directing, and coordinating the work of a skilled crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in concrete construction processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction team, ensuring efficient workflow and quality control.
  • Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to determine efficient construction methods.
  • Schedule labor and equipment, manage materials, and ensure proper site safety protocols are followed.
  • Organize daily site activities, allocate resources, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
  • Maintain clear communication with owner to ensure project milestones and expectations are met.
  • Train and mentor crew members, encouraging skill development and productivity.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in concrete construction, with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations related to concrete work.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
