Responsibilities:

Jobsite Planning (2 Week Schedules) Accurate Timekeeping Ensure Manpower hitting production rates for tasks. Enforce job site safety requirements for employees and subcontractors. Perform Daily Tool Box Talks (JSA) for on site employees. Create As Built Drawings Ensure jobsite equipment is inspected fueled and maintained. Keep detailed job progress notes. Place Concrete ensure finish per job detail Operate power tools and equipment Perform Quality Control Checks to meet

Jobsite Specifications Experience:

• Previous experience in concrete work or construction is required
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is necessary.
• Familiarity with construction estimating is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
