The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a commitment to providing quality early childhood education and ensuring that each child feels valued and supported. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall learning experience. Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being. Experience Previous experience in daycare, preschool, or similar educational settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support diverse learners. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with special education needs or disabilities. Background in toddler care or infant care is a plus. A strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for all children is essential.
