Construction and Painting Apprentice

Sound Painting & Construction is a local company based out of the Olympia area, and we're looking to add someone dependable to the crew. We focus on residential and commercial painting and construction, with an emphasis on clean, quality work and doing things the right way. We're heading into a busy season and looking to grow our team with someone who can keep up, take direction, and be part of a crew that takes pride in what we put out.

Pay:

Depends on experience What you'll be doing: Prep work (sanding, patching, caulking, priming) Interior and exterior painting Using hand tools, power tools, and sprayers Assisting with general construction tasks like framing, trim, and installs Keeping job sites clean and organized Helping the crew stay on track and on schedule What we need from you: Show up on time and ready to work Reliable transportation (jobs are across the South Sound area) Able to pass a drug test Willing to learn and take direction Works well with others Comfortable with physical work (ladders, lifting, long days) Some experience is a plus, but not required We're a smaller crew, so attitude and reliability matter just as much as skill.
