Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! This energetic role offers you the chance to work on diverse projects, from commercial renovations to new builds, utilizing your hands-on skills and enthusiasm. You will support skilled tradespeople by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this position provides a rewarding opportunity to grow your construction expertise in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality. Operate power tools and hand tools safely for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials. Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support the delivery and placement of construction materials. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to assist with project layout and execution. Support masonry, stucco, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and roofing activities as needed. Operate heavy equipment and machinery such as concrete mixers, pumps, or other site-specific tools under supervision. Maintain a clean, organized worksite by removing debris, securing materials, and adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in construction activities. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic construction estimating. Skilled in rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing techniques, and metal stud framing. Experience with masonry work including stucco, plastering, tile laying, and restoration projects. Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely; familiarity with concrete pumping is a plus. Knowledge of carpentry disciplines such as trim carpentry and frame carpentry; roofing skills are advantageous. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting; capable of working at heights or in confined spaces if required. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for site transportation; familiarity with heavy equipment operation is essential. $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
