Maintain floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning, polishing, and applying floor finishes to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Conduct detailed cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to sanitation protocols. Restock supplies such as paper products, cleaning agents, and toiletries to ensure operational efficiency. Assist with custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, window cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks to keep facilities in top condition. Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and ensuring client satisfaction in residential or hospitality environments. Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial work or custodial services within commercial or hotel settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet extraction, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Friendly attitude with good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is a plus. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity.
