Responsibilities Assist with various construction tasks including heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup to ensure safety and efficiency Operate power tools and hand tools such as drills, saws, and trowels under supervision Support concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and pumping operations to create durable structures Install rebar, metal studs, and framing components following schematics and blueprints Perform masonry tasks including bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying for aesthetic and structural purposes Aid in roofing, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, and restoration projects to enhance building integrity Use heavy equipment like mixers and forklifts safely while adhering to all safety protocols Qualifications Prior construction site experience or related manual labor background preferred but not required Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, masonry work, metal stud framing, and flooring installation is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is desirable Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
