Construction Laborer

Duties safely and efficiently to move materials, digging , and support of lineman Assist in the production processes by supporting material handling and equipment setup as needed. Conduct routine cleaning and stocking tasks to ensure the facility remains safe, and prepared for the daily tasks of production Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly to transport supplies or materials within the site. Support site maintenance activities including fence checks, yard inspections, and general cleaning to uphold operational integrity. Willing to work out of town. Flaggers Certification or willingness to obtain certification through our company Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual labor throughout the shift. Knowledge of manufacturing environments and fiber procedures is a plus. Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to follow detailed instructions diligently. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to changing operational needs.
