• Construction Laborer
• to join an active construction team in Savage, MN. This role supports a variety of job site operations and is ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Assist with general construction tasks on job sites + Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment + Operate basic hand and power tools safely + Support skilled tradespeople as needed + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Follow all job site safety procedures and company guidelines + Complete additional tasks as directed by supervisors
• Qualifications
• + Prior construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) + Ability to perform physically demanding work: + Lifting, bending, standing for extended periods + Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions + Strong work ethic with reliable attendance + Ability to follow directions and work effectively on a team + Valid driver's license preferred

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
