$30-$40/HR STRM is excited to partner with a growing and dynamic organization to bring on a Construction Scheduler who will play a critical role in driving project success. This position is centered on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules leveraging tools like Microsoft Project while working closely with project managers, field teams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across timelines. The right individual will actively monitor project progress, make real-time adjustments based on field conditions, and proactively identify risks, delays, and resource constraints. This role also serves as a key communication bridge across multiple active projects, helping ensure clarity, coordination, and on-time delivery. What youll do Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Projects. Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather necessary information for accurate scheduling. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays. Utilize construction estimating techniques to assess timelines and resource allocation effectively. Implement project management best practices to enhance efficiency in construction activities. Prepare reports on schedule performance, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables. Basic qualifications Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices. Proficient in project scheduling software Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred qualifications Experience in construction site operations or coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
