Are you passionate about eye care and helping patients see their world more clearly? Complete Family Eye Care is seeking a detail-oriented and patient-focused Contact Lens Technician with prior experience to join our team. In this role, you'll work alongside optometrists to ensure patients receive the best contact lens fittings, education, and ongoing support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist patients with contact lens selection, fitting, and training. Educate patients on proper contact lens care, handling, and hygiene. Verify and process contact lens prescriptions with accuracy. Maintain inventory and manage orders for contact lenses and supplies. Troubleshoot patient concerns regarding comfort, vision, and lens wear. Coordinate with optometrists and other staff to ensure optimal patient care. Document patient interactions and maintain detailed records. Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing and insurance verification. Stay updated on the latest contact lens technologies and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience in optical or healthcare settings (REQUIRED). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of contact lens types, brands, and fitting procedures.
