Content Manager- Videographer

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized content professional to help tell our story, grow our brand presence, and support our marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This is not a "sit behind a desk all day" marketing role. We want someone who can create, capture, organize, and execute content in the field while also helping oversee and coordinate broader marketing initiatives. What You'll Do Content Creation & Media Capture and edit video content for social media, YouTube, recruiting, branding, and advertising Photograph roofing projects, employees, events, and community initiatives Create short-form and long-form content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and streaming platforms Help develop behind-the-scenes content, educational content, customer stories, and company culture pieces Organize and maintain media libraries and content calendars Marketing & Brand Support Assist in overseeing: ActiveCampaign email/text campaigns Direct mail campaigns Customer review and response management through GatherUp Website updates and oversight Company newsletters Radio and streaming advertising Meta advertising coordination Roofle oversight and optimization Community involvement and branding initiatives Team Collaboration Work directly with ownership and leadership teams Attend sales meetings, job sites, events, and community functions for content opportunities Help brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns Assist in maintaining Pelican Roofing's brand identity across all channels Qualifications Experience with videography, photography, and content editing Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategy Ability to shoot, edit, and publish content quickly Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects Comfortable working both in-office and in the field Marketing experience is a plus but not required Drone experience is a plus Experience running social or digital campaigns is a plus What We're Looking For We want someone hungry, creative, and highly driven who wants to help build a brand — not just "post content." Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
