Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Parental Leave Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in insurance service and/or sales. Active Louisiana insurance license (Property & Casualty). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of insurance products Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. We all work together toward strong retention of business. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead follow-up. Educate clients on policy options and recommend suitable coverage. Process policy changes, renewals, and new applications accurately. Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals.
