Marketing (cross-functional support) Reports to: Chief of Staff About the Role Dature (dā-chər) is seeking a motivated Content Specialist to support our growing portfolio of brands across digital marketing, content creation, and eCommerce initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Web, and Creative which provides hands-on experience across real campaigns, live websites, and performance-driven marketing strategies. This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role designed for someone eager to learn, contribute, and gain real-world experience in a data-driven, results-oriented environment. You'll work closely with our marketing, web, and strategy teams to support campaigns, manage content, and help drive growth across multiple business lines. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Campaign Support Develop and execute engaging content across social media, email campaigns, and websites.

Assist in writing copy for promotions, product launches, and brand messaging.

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. Social Media & Brand Execution Collaborate on social media campaigns across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Schedule, post, and monitor content performance.

Help maintain brand consistency and voice across channels. Website & Shopify Support Assist with updates and maintenance of Shopify-based websites.

Support product uploads, collection organization, and promotional updates.

Collaborate with the web team on landing pages and UX improvements. Creative & Design Support Design marketing assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Assist with email design, social graphics, and promotional visuals.

Support creative brainstorming and campaign ideation. Data & Market Research Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support growth strategies.

Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting insights.

Support the team in identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Required Skills & Experience Coursework or experience in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Familiarity with content creation, social media marketing, and basic web design principles. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Analytical mindset with interest in performance-driven marketing. Ability to work in the Leesburg, VA office. Nice-to-Have Experience with email marketing platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.). Basic understanding of SEO and website structure. Familiarity with Google Analytics or social media insights. Interest in eCommerce, branding, or digital advertising.
