DIRECT HIRE
search for a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer in the Morgantown, PA area. What's in it for you?? Salary based on experience ($70,000-100,000) Day shift schedule Opportunity to start your engineering career with a great manufacturing company!!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and support functions Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes aligned with production and quality goals Identify and execute process improvements focused on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency Facilitate Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC methodology Lead Kaizen events and waste elimination activities Partner with operations and technical teams to drive customer-focused quality improvements Train and coach employees on continuous improvement tools and methodologies Implement visual management systems including 6S, standardized work, and performance tracking Utilize data and metrics to identify issues and sustain process improvements Influence and drive best practices across all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required (Mechanical Engineering preferred) Experience working in Manufacturing preferred Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (citizenship, nationality, or permanent residency required) #LP
