Job Description

Viwinco, Inc, a manufacturer of custom-made, high-performance, beautiful windows and patio doors, is seeking hard-working, dedicated and reliable 1st shift Production Workers to work at our Morgantown, PA headquarters. You will work within different areas of our production line which include, but not limited to assembling windows and patio doors, operate machinery when needed, ensure production standards are met, finalize products and prepare them for shipping. We have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd Shift Material Handler-Facilities to come and be part of a successful and growing window and door manufacturing company.
Compensation:
$19.00/hr
Hours:
3:30pm-12:00am (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays required.
Responsibilities:
Weighs all empty gaylords, place label on each container and distribute to all lines. Collect all full vinyl gaylords, record the weight into the vinyl scrap log and load into drop trailer. Collect, weigh and enter all vinyl scrap bins and Remake Carts at the End of Shift Collect all scrap cardboard from production lines, load into bailer and place full bails outside for pick-up. Collect all full Gaylord of scrap aluminum, weigh and record the weight into Scrap Capture. Collect all full trash carts and trash containers on the production floor and empty into the trash dumpster and return container to their origin. Responsible for keeping the work station clean, safe and organized. Responsible for recording accurate scrap weights into computer program. Ability to work overtime if needed Ability to work Saturday work rotation if needed. Performs any other duties as deemed necessary by management. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver's License Basic mechanical skills Forklift experience a plus Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Excellent verbal communication skills (English). Excellent organizational skills Ability to use a computer effectively Able to handle multiple priorities Efficient time management skills Familiarity with 5S/Lean methods and processes Self-motivator
