Contractor Instructor Sensor Operator (CISO)

Position Summary:

ESP seeks full-time Contractor Instructor Sensor Operator (CISO) to provide instruction in associated simulators and classroom. Job duties and responsibilities include but not limited to Brief/Debrief students under instruction in the classroom and in simulator. Lecture in an instructor-led classroom environment. Evaluate students under instruction in a simulator. Grade students. Manage an assigned course for updates/modifications/recommendations to the Curriculum Development Department. Report to the Site Manager.

Experience:

The Contractor Instructor Sensor Operator (CISO) shall have the following qualifications: NATOPS-qualified MPA Non-Acoustic qualified operator. Preferred that the candidate possess an advanced training designation obtained within the past five (5) years. Have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant Electronic Warfare (EW) squadron experience and have completed at least one fleet tour specifically with the designated advanced sensor system. Additional requirements include at least ten years supporting sensitive maritime programs A minimum of one fleet tour in advanced radar or sensor-equipped aircraft. Have served as a fleet support unit instructor within the previous five years. Must successfully complete the required collateral training, meeting the minimum test and procedural evaluation scores as established. Education/Certifications The Contractor Instructor Sensor Operator shall possess the following certifications: Hold an instructor designation of Instructor Sensor Operator (ISO) for the designated system with applicable advanced NECs.
