Job Title:
Conveyor Installer ($18-$28 Hour) Job Description This role focuses on installing conveyor systems at an industrial facility located at a major air force base in Oklahoma City. You will use your mechanical aptitude and conveyor installation experience to assemble, align, and secure conveyor components according to blueprints and project specifications. Essential Skills At least 2 years of conveyor installation experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and layout drawings. Hands-on mechanical skills related to installation, assembly, and adjustment of mechanical systems. Experience with basic maintenance and repair tasks on mechanical or conveyor systems. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in an industrial setting. Valid Real ID or passport suitable for access to secure work locations. Ability to work full shifts that may extend until project tasks are completed for the day. Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Maintenance and millwright experience is a plus. Prior experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or material handling environments. Capability to troubleshoot mechanical issues during installation. Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with other trades and site personnel. Flexibility to work overtime, including some Saturdays, when project demands require it. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position is based at an industrial facility on a major air force base in Oklahoma City. You work a Monday through Friday schedule starting at 6:45 a.m. and continue until the day's work is finished, with overtime on Saturdays as needed to keep the project on track. The work is hands-on and physically active, involving installation of conveyor systems in a construction or industrial setting. You can expect to use common mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools while working around other trades and equipment in a structured, safety-focused environment. Appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment are required in line with industrial site standards Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midwest City, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
