This role is morning shift from 3AM to 1PM Monday thru Friday. We need someone who is passionate about cooking, quick on their feet, and take food safety and sanitation seriously! Duties Prep and cook our delicious Cajun American cuisine! Follow the menu given and help with any menu alterations if needed. Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Serve meals efficiently to our food display Participate in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including utensils, equipment, and workstations Skills Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills including knife handling and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with excellent time management skills Knowledge of restaurant or food industry operations, including cooking and serving Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members Join us as a cook where your culinary talents will shine!
