JOB SUMMARY

Position Summary Work in kitchen with the responsibility of preparing and producing menu items to recipe standards in a quick and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to: Prepare food daily as outlined. Maintain kitchen sanitation and safety standards. Assist with set-up, service and clean-up of food production. Ensure proper sanitation and storage of kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with state local and regulatory agencies as it relates to food service All other duties as assign.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent; Prior experience necessary.
