At our assisted living community serving up to 50 residents, meals are more than just food — they are comfort, connection, and an important part of each resident's day. We're looking for someone who enjoys cooking with purpose and takes pride in creating delicious, high-quality meals in a warm and welcoming environment. What You'll Bring We're searching for someone who is: Friendly and team-oriented Customer service driven Self-motivated and organized Flexible and dependable A strong communicator who enjoys working with people What You'll Do As a cook, you'll help create a positive dining experience by: Preparing fresh, flavorful meals for residents, including those with dietary restrictions Following standardized recipes and food safety guidelines Maintaining proper food labeling and storage procedures Keeping kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitary Operating kitchen equipment including mixers, slicers, kettles, ovens, grinders, and more Growth Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to advance into a Head Cook/Kitchen Manager position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us — leading a team, managing kitchen operations, and helping maintain DHS compliance standards while working alongside staff.
