Job Description

Part-Time RN Consultant | Flexible Schedule | Make an Impact Across Two Communities The Homeplace is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living communities in Stanley and Dorchester . This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule , offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while maintaining work-life balance. We're looking for an RN who is passionate about resident care, staff education, and strengthening teams through leadership and support. What You'll Do As our RN Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting resident wellness and staff development by: Completing psychotropic medication reviews Assisting with staff training and delegation Participating in weekly rounds with local providers Collaborating with Community Directors regarding medical appointments and incident follow-up Helping ensure quality care and compliance standards are maintained Exciting Growth Opportunity This position also offers the potential to become a CBRF Instructor , giving you the opportunity to lead trainings and help develop team members throughout the company. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A strong communicator and team player Passionate about education, mentorship, and leadership Professional, positive, and collaborative Dedicated to supporting both residents and staff Qualifications Current Wisconsin RN license required Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience required Assisted Living experience preferred Strong leadership and teaching abilities Ability to work cooperatively with employees at all levels Additional Information Background check required per DHS 83 Flexible part-time scheduling Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) If you're looking for a rewarding nursing role where you can lead, educate, and truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
