Registered Nurse (RN)

Part-Time RN Consultant | Flexible Schedule | Make an Impact Across Two Communities The Homeplace is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to support our assisted living communities in Stanley and Dorchester . This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule , offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while maintaining work-life balance. We're looking for an RN who is passionate about resident care, staff education, and strengthening teams through leadership and support. What You'll Do As our RN Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting resident wellness and staff development by: Completing psychotropic medication reviews Assisting with staff training and delegation Participating in weekly rounds with local providers Collaborating with Community Directors regarding medical appointments and incident follow-up Helping ensure quality care and compliance standards are maintained Exciting Growth Opportunity This position also offers the potential to become a CBRF Instructor , giving you the opportunity to lead trainings and help develop team members throughout the company.
