Job description Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries - Clayton, NC Job Overview Hwy 55 is looking for dependable and motivated team members to join our kitchen. In this role, you'll help prepare food with accuracy and speed while supporting a smooth and efficient kitchen. Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Hwy 55 standards Ensure orders are accurate and completed in a timely manner Support team members to keep the kitchen running smoothly Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Monitor food quality and consistency

Kitchen Stations:

Grill Station:

Burgers, cheesesteaks, grilled chicken

Bun Station:

Assemble sandwiches to order

Fry Station:

Prepare sides and fried items Training is provided across all stations.

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Attention to detail and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods
