Duties Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques. Serve meals efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and storage protocols. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and uphold high-quality food industry standards. Requirements Fluent in Spanish Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Demonstrated skills in meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and cooking using various kitchen tools. Familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
