Duties Assist with menu planning to ensure balanced, appealing meal options that meet dietary needs Prepare and cook a variety of foods, demonstrating strong knife skills and culinary techniques Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards Serve meals efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service Support catering events by preparing and presenting food with precision and flair Contribute to food preparation tasks such as chopping, mixing, plating, and portioning Maintain kitchen organization, stock supplies, and ensure all equipment is clean and operational Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings demonstrating culinary skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is advantageous Basic understanding of kitchen equipment use, including knives and cooking tools Level two background Join us to make a meaningful impact through nourishing meals!
