Responsible for processing food items, ensuring proper utilization and storage of food and supplies and for maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of equipment, supplies, and work areas. Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority 1 year related food preparation experience. The related experience must be from a full service food service operation such as a hotel or restaurant where the majority of the products were prepared on the premises from fresh ingredients.
