Cook - Culinary Team Member

Sea Dog Brew Pub located at 1 Main St in Camden, ME is searching for aspiring, energetic applicants to join our culinary team. We are an independent, Maine-owned company operating successful brewpubs in ME, NH and FL continually growing. We pride ourselves on fresh food, hand crafted ale, exceptional service and legendary atmosphere! Some of the responsibilities of our Line Cooks include: Prepare recipes to order for quality and consistency Maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and display standards in compliance with our policies and food safety handling procedures. Perform general cleaning tasks including but not limited to: dispose garbage, sweep, mop, clean and maintain bathrooms etc. Assist in kitchen duties through equipment sanitation and food preparation Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers Maintain a clean and organized workstation including the dish machine according to health department and manufacturer specifications. Stock and use all cleaning supplies as intended. Maintain clean and dry floors, including proper mat placement and cleaning. Empty and clean trash cans, and ensure proper trash can placement. Assist the line by restocking products or dishes that as needed. Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
