Support catering events by setting up stations, serving guests, and managing food presentation with finesse. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including utensils, equipment, and work surfaces, following health regulations. Demonstrate proficiency in knife skills and cooking techniques to efficiently produce high-quality dishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours. Experience Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable, showcasing your understanding of specialized meal requirements. Proven background in food handling, food preparation, or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or catering services. Hands-on culinary experience that includes meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry knowledge. Familiarity with kitchen equipment, knife skills, and food safety protocols is essential for success in this role.
