What You'll Do As a Crew Member , you'll be part of the team that keeps the kitchen sizzling and the guests smiling. Your responsibilities include, serving guests with warmth, accuracy, and genuine care, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, handling cash and operating the register with care, cooking and prepping food to meet brand standards, and supporting your teammates and stepping up when needed. As a Shift Manager , you'll do the same duties as a Crew Member, but also be the go-to leader during your shift, keeping operations smooth, team morale high, and guests coming back for more. Your responsibilities include managing and supervising restaurant and kitchen staff during assigned shifts, training new team members on policies, procedures, and guest servicestandards, overseeing food prep and enforcing food safety guidelines, handling guest concerns with professionalism and care, and supporting staffing, training, food cost, labor, and cleanliness goals. An Assistant Manager is a leader in their restaurant with a passion for ensuring daily operation excellence by creating a memorable Guest experience and helping their teams learn and grow. Assistant Managers support their Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by investing their time in developing future leaders, upholding brand standards, and assisting the RGM with essential duties.
